Hark, people, brave and small!
You're hereby invited to His Majesty's grand Combo Party! Recruit characters to your personal tableau, making sure to take note of the unique abilities and scoring conditions each one offers.
Players take turns buying cards from either the Village or the Castle — whichever holds the Messenger pawn — and placing them in their tableau. Each new card must be orthogonally connected to at least one other, and by game's end the tableau must form a 3x3 grid. Trigger each card's ability as it's placed, then score based on every card's end-game conditions; the player with the most points wins.
